Self-raising flour
2 table spoons
Olive oil

Milk or water
15 g
Yeast
1 tea spoon

Parmesan cheese, grated
200 g
Tomato passata
1 cup
Sliced pepperoni
2 balls
Mozzarella cheese
1 tea spoon
Dried oregano
Mozzarella and Pepperoni Pizza

Quick, easy and delicious homemade pizza.

 

  1. Mix together the yeast and sugar with warm milk or water and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add the salt. Make a well in the middle. Pour the oil and yeast mix into the well. Mix slowly. Cover a bowl with a tea towel and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  3. Put dough in the mold, forming a pizza with your hands.
  4. Combine tomato passata, Parmesan cheese and oregano in a small bowl. Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base. Tear the mozzarella balls and dot the pieces over the base. Season with pepper and top with pepperoni.
  5. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 25-35 minutes. The cooking time may vary.
  6. Serve warm. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
