Delicious and refreshing summer salad

Fresh and delicious tomatoes and cucumber salad for summer meals.




  1. Arrange thinly sliced tomato and cucumber on a platter.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, and sugar in a small bowl until sugar dissolves.
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of dressing over tomatoes and cucumbers, and top with thinly sliced scallions (dark green parts only), thinly sliced crosswise chile, and sesame seeds.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with remaining dressing.
